- What is your return & exchange policy?
All returns, exchanges, and warranty concerns should be dealt with at the retail outlet where you purchased your Guzzie+Guss product. All items are subject to the conditions of sale presented by individual retailers at the time of purchase. Guzzie+Guss will not override the decisions of our authorized retailers. Concerns that cannot be dealt with by the retailer will be passed to the retailer’s respective Guzzie+Guss Regional Sales Representative.

- Do you sell Guzzie+Guss products online or directly to consumers?
No, we only sell our products through authorized retail outlets (see question #1). If you require parts or accessories and they are not available in your area, we can suggest an online retailer that will be able to service your needs.

- Why is the price of a Guzzie+Guss product different in a retail/online store than what you show on your website?
Any pricing that we display on our website is posted as MSRP (manufacturer’s SUGGESTED retail price) pricing. We do not set the pricing at retail level, or require our authorized retailers to sell at a specific price, as these practices are frowned upon by the law. We do create a suggested price that we expect you can find Guzzie+Guss products retailing for in a local store.

- Where will you ship items to?
Currently Guzzie+Guss will only ship within Canada and to the United States.
Sorry, but we currently are not accepting any international orders online. If you require shipping to another country, please contact our office and we will be happy to ship as long as you can arrange all shipping and insurances. All payments must be made by wire transfer or money order. Guzzie+Guss will not be responsible for products shipped internationally.

- What is the warranty on my Guzzie+Guss product?
Your product carries a 1 year warranty from date of purchase against defects in the workmanship and construction of the hardware (frames, wheels etc...), and 6 months on fabrics (seat pads, canopies, baskets, and other parts not made of metal or plastic). Warranties will only be honoured during this period. Any repairs or replacements after the warranty period may be subject to charges.
